Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about building strong partnerships that make a difference? We’re looking for a motivated Partnerships Team Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team at New College Swindon.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the management and development of subcontracted partnerships, ensuring compliance with funding regulations, maintaining quality standards, and helping to strengthen relationships with external providers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys coordinating projects, data, and stakeholder relationships.
What you’ll do:
Support the Partnerships Team Leader with the administration and coordination of subcontracted partnerships
Help ensure compliance with DfE subcontracting standards and Ofsted requirements
Manage key partnership documentation, contracts, and due diligence processes
Monitor and report on partner performance against key targets (KPIs)
Maintain accurate data, records, and financial documentation to support audits
Liaise with internal teams (Finance, MIS, Quality) to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Provide guidance and support to partner organisations on compliance and delivery expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and employers
Support partner visits, quality checks, and audits
Promote the values and ethos of New College Swindon across all partnership activity
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, Sales/Account Management, or equivalent experience in performance, data and relationship management
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and confidence working with businesses and partners
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and meet deadlines in a busy environment
A proactive, flexible approach and commitment to continuous improvement
