You’ll be part of a team that helps ensure our buildings, systems and services operate effectively, contributing to safe, well-maintained environments across the organisation. What we’re looking for Experience working in a facilities, maintenance or social housing environment, with an understanding of asset-related processes. Confident use of IT systems, with strong organisational and administrative skills and an eye for detail. Clear and respectful communication skills — able to build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors and customers. A practical, calm approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment. Experience dealing with enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring people feel supported and informed. Ability to build cooperative working relationships and work well both independently and as part of a team. Numeracy and accuracy when producing written information, data or reports.
