We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of multiple sites across South Yorkshire. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be shaping the way operations run, modernising processes, and driving real change.

The Role
* Oversee operations across multiple South Yorkshire sites
* Manage a team of around 10‑12 direct reports, including engineering, H&S, and site supervisors
* Lead site teams effectively, providing direction and support
* Identify outdated processes and implement modern, more efficient ways of working
* Work closely with the Managing Director on operational change and business improvements
* Ensure operational compliance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met

* Proven operations management experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
* Comfortable leading multiple teams across different sites
* Strong track record of driving change and process improvement
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Hands‑on approach with a focus on results and team development
