We're hiring a Franchise Development Consultant (AKA Recruitment coach).

What's the role about?
You'll work closely with our Director of International Franchising to grow the Reed Franchise network - both in headcount and profitability. You'll coach and support our existing franchisees to elevate performance, increase revenue, and stay aligned with Reed's world-class standards.
This is a diverse and dynamic role with a mix of:
* One-to-one coaching and performance support
* Delivering induction and ongoing training
* Relationship and account management
* Supporting franchise sales and onboarding
* Driving engagement with Reed resources and tools
* Leading operational improvements and process efficiencies
What are we looking for?
We want someone who understands recruitment - and knows what good looks like. You'll be credible and confident delivering coaching and training, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels and able to juggle franchise support with sales activity. Experience with CRM's like Hubspot and a strong LinkedIn presence is a big plus.
