Field Technician
We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

We want to hear from you if you have the following experience:
* Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents to the required standards of quality and time under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
* Providing technical support for installed solutions.
* Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
* Reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues.
* Ideally, experience with IP networks and working on network infrastructure products / PCs.
