Customer Service / Order Processing Representative

* $16.79 per hour
* Full-Time | Day Shift
Colour and Design is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service / Order Processing Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you'll work closely with sales representatives and internal teams to ensure customer orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
----------------------------------- Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders using our order management system
* Communicate with sales reps to confirm order details and resolve inquiries
* Ensure accurate data entry and order records
* Collaborate with client services and sales teams for smooth fulfillment
* Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
* Assist with general office and administrative duties
----------------------------------- Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (Required)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and order processing (Required)
* Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry
* Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software
* Multilingual candidates preferred
* Must be able to commute to or relocate to North Little Rock, AR 72113
