Were now hiring a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to take ownership of a hot, high-performing desk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and prefers account management over cold business development.
What Youll Be Doing
* Manage your desk: Own multiple vacancies and nurture existing client accounts
* Source top talent: Use outbound calls, referrals, and database searches
* Deliver results: Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
* Collaborate: Share ideas, celebrate wins, and support junior team members
What Youll Bring
* Minimum of 1 year of experience inhigh-volume outbound calling environment or 1 years experience within agency recruitment or talent acquisition
* A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and making things happen
* Highly organised, proactive, and motivated by success
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
