The setting is looking to take on a dedicated FE Lecturer on a long term basis from September. The successful FE Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to post-16 learners, supporting a range of abilities, and maintaining strong classroom management across both college and sixth form students.
The successful FE Lecturer will have:
• Relevant teaching qualification or QTS
• Experience teaching in a further education or sixth form setting
• Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding
• Excellent classroom management
• Ability to engage and motivate post-16 learners
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
