Role: UK/EU Sales Leader - WNS Analytics
Location: London area
Reporting: BU Head – WNS Analytics
Job Description:
* Sales & Team Management: Managing a team of HSLs (Horizontal Sales Leads) that span multiple domains (BFSI, HCLS, MRC, HPS, TSLU) in the UK< EU region
* Business development: Owning the collective team growth (farming, cross sell, hunting) target and motivating, supporting, coaching the team to deliver to plan and beyond
* Account Farming: Working with the team to nurture and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
* Upsell and Cross-Sell: Working with the team to identify opportunities to expand our analytics services within existing accounts by offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
* Account Retention: Proactively address client concerns, work with the delivery leadership team to ensure exceptional service delivery, and effectively manage and resolve issues.
* Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales team targets by consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and profit goals
* Solutions: Drive a high conversion rate for client opportunities by being responsible for the creation of high-quality solutions. Understand the client business, attitudes, analytics strategy to identify and develop proactive opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with your North America counter part, the broader sales, solutions, account management teams and our domain specific business unit colleagues to align strategies, share insights, and deliver comprehensive account farming strategies.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.
* Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress, and regularly report on account farming performance to the management team.
* Engagement and Customer Feedback: Engage consistently with senior client leadership, drive high quality account governance, solicit feedback from clients and use it to enhance the quality and relevance of our services. Groom and develop onsite folks to expand their own roles and capabilities in farming.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Additionally, Sales team management, sales leadership, and related courses are a plus
* Proven track record in sales and account management, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven track record as a sales team manager in the UK, EU having led teams to deliver exceptional growth across domains
* Consultative selling and credibility with C level executives in the UK/ EU across domains
* Results-oriented with a proven ability to manage, motivate, support and deliver exceptional sales growth as a sales team manager
* Knowledge of statistical analysis, regression techniques, data science, AI and Agentic AI
* Awareness of reporting automation, data engineering and cloud based technologies.
* Strong understanding of analytics services delivery models
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
* Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
