Location: Rainham, East London
Shifts: Day & Night shifts available (24/7 care package)
Role Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and skilled Care Workers with BSL Level 1 & 2 to support individuals with hearing impairments and complex care needs.
Tasks
* Provide high-quality personal care and support
* Communicate effectively using British Sign Language (BSL)
* Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
* Monitor and report changes in service users’ conditions
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families
Requirements
* BSL Level 1 & Level 2 certification (essential)
* Previous care experience preferred
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable
* Flexibility to work day/night shifts
* Strong communication skills
