This new role is central to helping us write that next chapter. You will report into the Chief Growth Officer of Inizio Engage XD and working directly with Forty1's Managing Director in the UK. This role can be fully remote. The Role We're looking for a Business Development Leader with a strong, active network in employee experience and internal communications. You'll open doors, build senior relationships, and turn conversations into high-value opportunities. You know how to shape early-stage challenges into clear briefs and move opportunities forward with pace and confidence.
