Description
* Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies).
* Analyse and synthesise research findings into actionable insights.
* Present research results and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling ways.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Advocate for the user and promote a user-centred design culture across the organisation.
* Maintain a research repository and contribute to best practices and toolkits.
Profile
A successful User Experience Researcher should have:
* Proven experience in UX research, preferably in a product-driven or digital environment.
* Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Maze, etc.
* Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
* Experience conducting both remote and in-person research.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
