Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a well-established wealth management firm based in Coventry.
As an IFA Administrator you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client servicing, compliance, and business processing activities.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and process new business applications, including anti-money laundering checks and fact-finding
* Handle client correspondence, including letters, emails, and telephone queries
* Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards
* Liaise with product providers to obtain valuations, policy information, and resolve queries
* Assist in the preparation of annual reviews and investment pathway documentation

Skills and experience required:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience working as IFA Administrator or similar roles.
* Experience working with FCA regulatory standards or in a regulated environment preferred.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
