About the Role As a PPA Teacher, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning across various subjects while covering for teachers during their PPA time. You’ll work collaboratively with staff to deliver engaging lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. Key Responsibilities of PPA Teacher Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects. Ensure continuity of learning during teachers’ PPA time. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success. Requirements of PPA Teacher Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching across multiple subjects.
