Pratt & Whitney Canada Customer Service Center Europe GmbH (CSC) is an aerospace Joint Venture Company between Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) and MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH (MTU) providing overhaul and repair services, customer support and spare engine sales to operators of P&WC products within Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Role Description / Responsibilities:
1. SAP Functional Lead:
o Manage forum of key users and lead the organization to further evolve the system landscape
o Manage larger change projects with the external Service provider, ensure testing and successful implementation
2. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Administration:
o Oversee the administration and optimal performance of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, including system configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
o Develop, create, and maintain system workflows
3. Security and Compliance:
o Manage security measures within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, including access control, segregation of duties (SoDs) and adherence to data protection regulations (GDPR).
4. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Database Management:
o Handle database administration tasks within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment to maintain data integrity and high availability.
o Maintain report templates and develop new reports as required
5. Troubleshooting and Support:
o Provide support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud-related issues, collaborating with key stakeholders and external service providers to resolve complex problems effectively.
