We require experience with schema, PCRs, and payroll configuration. We require knowledge of UK payroll legislation or relevant country-specific payroll legislation. We require technical awareness of HR ABAP, including debugging and enhancements. We require understanding of interfaces such as IDocs, BAPIs, and middleware. Responsibilities: We will have you act as the principal customer relationship link between SAP ERP support functions and business teams for HR and Payroll matters. We will have you work closely with our SAP ERP preferred technical support partners to provide functional support and advice. We will have you guide and support all aspects of the HR and Payroll solution, including process, data, system design, security, authorisations, reporting, and KPIs. We will have you analyse and troubleshoot HR and Payroll incidents and problems. We will have you offer guidance, advice, and solutions to HR and Payroll teams while managing stakeholder expectations. We will have you refine and prioritise the workload backlog. We will have you evaluate and approve SAP ERP HR and Payroll Service Pack releases and SAP ERP note applications. We will have you coordinate planned release cycles with internal and external parties where applicable. We will have you evaluate business change requests and fully document business requirements. We will have you develop and facilitate a robust test strategy and approach for changes. We will have you ensure system integration testing is performed for the product.
