Our client is looking to hire immediately for their new team. Recruitment is the process of actively seeking and hiring candidates to fill specific level positions on a global scale. Sales driven and hard working characters. The Role: In recruitment each day differs, but your main duties will be: Learning the market and gathering market intelligence. Speaking with senior individuals predominantly over the phone. Headhunting candidates from sources such as LinkedIn. Negotiating terms and fees with clients. Interviewing candidates. Marketing out your candidates to your prospective companies. Finding new business. Building relationships with clients. Recruitment is a form of sales and with sales comes rejection.
