The Opportunity If you're an experienced Electrical Project Manager who takes ownership seriously, this is a role worth looking at. This is a permanent role based from their Blackburn office, managing electrical projects from mobilisation through to handover. You'll work closely with a capable team in a business that backs its project managers with clear processes, sensible decision-making and the support to deliver well. What You'll Be Doing * Managing electrical projects from award through to final account, with full ownership of programme, quality and cost * Leading and coordinating site teams, directly employed labour and subcontractors * Acting as the primary client contact throughout delivery, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication * Producing and managing project programmes, ensuring milestones are met and issues are resolved early * Overseeing procurement, materials management and subcontract administration * Managing change, tracking variations and maintaining accurate commercial records * Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards throughout every project * Producing progress reports, attending site meetings and representing the business professionally at client and consultant level * Supporting handover, commissioning and close-out, including O&M documentation and defects management What We're Looking For * A background in electrical contracting, with demonstrable experience managing projects from start to finish * Confident running multiple projects concurrently across varied sectors * Strong commercial awareness: programme management, variations, cost control and reporting * A clear communicator who can manage client relationships, subcontractors and site teams with equal confidence * Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds 2391, 18th Edition or equivalent) * SMSTS or SSSTS qualified * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer * £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience * Full company benefits package * Stable, varied workload across technically interesting sectors * Supportive team environment with clear processes and practical management * A business with a genuine track record and the pipeline to back it up
