This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals with supervisory experience who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting active, healthy communities. About the Role: As a Duty Officer, you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of our leisure centres, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well managed environment for all customers. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising the operation of leisure facilities, maintaining high standards of service delivery Overseeing health and safety compliance and customer care Managing daily financial procedures Leading, managing, and supporting staff on shift Supporting services across fitness, catering, tennis, active play, and outdoor activities Contributing to income generation and operational efficiency This is a casual role, meaning shifts will be offered as and when required, including: Evenings Weekends Bank Holidays Work across multiple leisure sites within the Borough and you must be able to travel between sites to meet service needs.
