To lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Through the team, develop strong relationships with customers by providing expert knowledge and support, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure own and the Sales Team's overall sales targets are achieved.
2. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets.
3. Communicate sales targets to the team and set individual goals.
4. Distribute targets equitably based on customer allocation and team members' skills and experience.
5. Monitor team performance daily, encourage a positive and competitive environment.
6. Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with support from the Centre Manager.
7. Assess the success of promotions and campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed.
8. Attend weekly management meetings to report on sales and marketing activities.
9. Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, competitors, and pricing.
10. Ensure team training on the TPS brand, features, and benefits of products.
11. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support.
12. Motivate the team through creative incentive schemes and rewards.
13. Ensure team engagement with promotional activities.
14. Recruit and induct new Parts Sales staff as required.
Qualifications:
* Previous management experience with a focus on customer service.
* Experience working with KPIs.
* Full UK Driving License.
