Business Development Manager - New Build\nNorth / Midlands area\n\n Remote\n\nWe're recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a leading renewable energy manufacturer, focused on growth within the new build residential sector.\n\nThis sales-led role drives specification and sales of air source, ground source and exhaust air heat pumps, working closely with developers, consultants and internal teams from early design through to order.\n\nThe Role\n\nDrive specification and sales within the new build channel\n\nBuild and manage developer, consultant and contractor relationships\n\nDevelop and maintain a strong project pipeline\n\nSupport framework and preferred supplier agreements\n\nWork with pre-sales on technical proposals\n\nDeliver CPDs, attend industry events and achieve sales targets\n\nAbout You\n\nTechnical background in HVAC / heat pumps\n\nMinimum 2 years' B2B sales or business development experience\n\nProven specification-led sales success\n\nContacts within new build or building services\n\nKnowledge of building regulations and funding mechanisms\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nPackage\n\nCompetitive salary\n\n33 days holiday including bank holidays\n...
