Reboot Monkey is a global datacenter services provider. We don’t just need a recruiter; we need a Technical Scout. You will be responsible for building and maintaining our world-class pool of Data Center Technicians (DCTs) and Data Engineers across 24 facilities.
Your mission is to ensure that when a client needs "Smart Hands" or a data pipeline built, we have a vetted, reliable expert ready to go. You will go beyond keyword matching, you will conduct deep-dive technical screenings to verify hands-on expertise in structured cabling, hardware installs, and data architecture.
Core Responsibilities:
* Sourcing: Proactively hunt for specialized DCTs and Data Engineers in multiple geographical regions.
* Technical Vetting: Conduct interviews to assess hands-on skills (e.g., rack/stack, labeling standards, hot/cold aisle management).
* Pool Management: Maintain a live database of vetted contractors categorized by location, skill level, and reliability score.
* Verification: Execute rigorous credential checks, including certifications and past work history.
* Reporting: Track technician performance post-deployment to ensure quality control.
1. Experience: 2+ years of technical recruitment or talent acquisition specifically within IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Data Centers.
2. Technical IQ: Must understand physical infrastructure (PDUs, fiber types, server hardware) and data engineering fundamentals.
3. Language: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
4. Logistics: Must be able to work consistently within different timezones.
5. Tech Stack: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and advanced spreadsheet management (Google Sheets/Excel).
6. Mindset: Highly organized with a "detective" approach to finding niche talent in emerging markets.
