At Inotiv, you’ll play a key role in connecting life sciences solutions with customers who are advancing the future of human and animal health. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll work with a well-established client base, nurturing relationships and uncovering new opportunities to grow our partnerships. You’ll promote our trusted product portfolio while delivering the exceptional service and expertise our clients expect. You’ll be part of a global team of 10, including a close-knit UK team of 3, where collaboration and shared expertise are at the heart of everything we do. What You’ll Do: Build and strengthen long-term client relationships Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts Deliver informed, compliant, and consultative sales support Prospect for new accounts Follow up on any leads Represent Inotiv with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm About You: You might come from a sales, customer success, or account management background (preferably from a life-science, pharma, or medical industry) or you come from a life-science, pharma, or medical environment and are looking to apply your scientific knowledge in a commercial role. Most importantly, you’re: Confident and engaging when speaking with customers Trustworthy and relationship-driven, valuing long-term partnerships over one-off wins Curious and motivated, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic global business What’s in It for You: This is a hybrid role — primarily remote, with travel to our Belton, Leicestershire site around once per month (more frequently during onboarding). A full UK driving licence is required due to limited public transport access.
