We are consistently high achievers in the Quality and Outcomes Framework, achieving 97.5% of available points at the end of this financial year. The practice is fully digital and uses EMIS Web, Docman, Lexacom, AccuRx, and EPS to support safe, efficient, and effective patient care.
We have 7 GP partners and 3 Salaried GPs. We work within a well-established multidisciplinary team that includes 3 paramedics, 1 nurse practitioner, 1 first contact physiotherapist, GPiMHS, 1 clinical pharmacist, and a pharmacy technician. The clinical team is supported by an excellent administrative team, alongside highly skilled nursing staff and healthcare assistants.
The practice is located in purpose-built premises on the outskirts of Godalming. We offer a wide range of enhanced services, including minor surgery, contraception, and anticoagulation, and provide patients with a hybrid model of access. We are also a member of East Waverley PCN, working collaboratively alongside four other local practices.
