This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students, ensuring they thrive academically and socially in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND. Work closely with support staff and the SENCO to create individual education plans (IEPs). Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with SEND (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD). Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and behaviour management.
