We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor, delivering a range of commercial and life sciences projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects within a growing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all technical services delivery on projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
Lead MEP coordination and integration throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide leadership on all technical issues, supporting design and build stages.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Report directly to senior management on project progress and technical performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager, ideally with a main contractor.
Strong background in MEP systems within commercial or life sciences environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Ability to manage complex, high-value projects from pre-construction through delivery.
Available to start within a short notice period.
Right to work in the UK required.
Package:
£500 per day (contract) OR up to £105,000 annual salary (permanent).
