Manager – Futures & Options/ ETD Reconciliations & Control
Martis Search are partnering with a global Investment Bank, headquartered in the City of London, to hire a \"Manager of Futures & Options/ ETD’s Reconciliations & Control\" on a permanent basis.
This is a high-profile, front-office-facing role based on the trading floor, supporting London-based trading desks operating across global markets. The firm is an active participant in major international Futures & Options (ETD) exchanges and provides clearing services across a high-volume, multi-asset environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the ETD/ Futures & Options Reconciliations & Control function
* Oversee daily reconciliations across high-volume exchange-traded derivatives activity
* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Futures Operations within the business
* Drive process improvements, automation, and control enhancements
* Own and deliver operational change initiatives impacting the reconciliations function
* Build and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership and oversight
* Partner closely with Front Office, Technology, Risk, and Finance teams
Requirements
* Proven experience within ETD/ Futures & Options Operations, with a strong focus on Reconciliations and Controls
* Demonstrated team management experience within a sell-side Investment Bank or Brokerage
* Deep technical knowledge of Futures Operations and Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) lifecycle
* Experience operating in high-volume, time-critical environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Track record of leading operational change and process improvement initiatives
Additional Information
Due to the scale, complexity, and growth of the business, this role is primarily office-based (5 days per week), with ad hoc flexibility where required. There is an expectation to support early morning coverage during the initial 6–8 months.

Compensation
* £90,000 – £110,000 base salary
