Client Event Coordinator I Marylebone, London I £28,000-£30,000 pa

This Client Event Coordinator position puts you right at the heart of client training programmes. You’ll manage the logistics behind both in-person and virtual events, making sure every detail is covered so clients, participants and facilitators enjoy a high-quality experience from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
* Planning and coordinating client training events (virtual and in-person)
* Managing participant communications
* Co-ordinating availability with the 40 freelance facilitators and coaches
* Sharing materials with stakeholders pre, during and post programme to ensure alignment
* Formatting training content and organising printed/digital materials
* Coordinating travel with the booking agent and arranging visa and hotel accommodation globally
* Supporting invoicing through accurate cost tracking of travel
* Setting up leaners and registering participants on the learning platform, sending instructions and literature pre-event and post event
* Uploading content, producing activity reports and resolving technical issues
Additional information:
Location: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the Marylebone office
Salary bracket: £28,000 - £30,000
Holiday: 30 days plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (variable)
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week with flexible start/finish times
