The Best Connection are recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy manufacturing company based in Prudhoe. This role involves operating the FLT on the factory floor, supporting production, and waste disposal duties.
The Role:
* Operating FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
* Working on the factory floor, including use of baler machine
* Disposing of waste and moving stock around site
* Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
* Adhering to site safety standards and procedures
The Candidate:
* Minimum 1 year experience on FLT Counterbalance
* Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
* Flexible to work both day and night shifts as part of the rota
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Hours and Pay:
* 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
* 12-hour shifts (days and nights included)
* £14.40 per hour (PAYE)
