Oversee workshop schedules, repairs, and preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with all servicing standards and legislation Mentor and support apprentices through hands-on development Drive workshop performance, organisation, and safety culture Collaborate with rental and field teams to maximise asset uptime About You Were looking for someone who thrives on leadership, structure, and a bit of pressure.
