Daily Rate: £166.32 – £220 (Based on experience)

Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:00pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is working in close collaboration with a well-regarded SEN secondary school in Ledbury. We are looking to recruit a Maths Teacher to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with a variety of learning needs, including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), and MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties).
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Maths to students with diverse educational needs, using creative and adaptive strategies.
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with EHCP targets and individual learning styles.
Monitor student progress through effective assessment and feedback.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and the wider school team to ensure holistic support.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
Experience teaching students with SEN or in specialist settings – Highly Desirable
Current Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
EWC Registration (or willingness to register)
Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (or willingness to complete – free training provided)
Ability to provide two professional references
Must have the right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
