Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling collections and payments from members promptly and efficiently
* Reconciling payments to suppliers against member collections and ensuring timely payments
* Reconciling statements and resolving queries promptly
* Managing audit requests in an efficient and timely manner
* Acting as a quality control checkpoint for evidence before forwarding to suppliers
* Assisting in the maintenance and development of systems
* Supporting month-end close, credit control, and providing crucial holiday cover
