What Youll Be Doing Build and manage daily and weekly staff rotas using our digital care management system Match care workers to service users based on consistency, travel time, and skillset Communicate with families, care staff, and professionals to ensure safe care continuity Ensure full compliance with CIW RISCA regulations, including safeguarding and gender-matching Log updates and rota decisions using internal diary note systems Work collaboratively in a rota team no out-of-hours on-call required Hybrid working option available following successful probation and training No weekend or evening work required Who Were Looking For Previous experience in home care coordination, rota scheduling, or care logistics Calm, organised, and confident working in fast-paced environments Good knowledge of care sector compliance and professional communication Digitally competent and detail-focused Right to work in the UK Bonus Experience (Not Essential) QCF/NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care Familiarity with digital care systems (e.g. Nourish) Basic Welsh language (training provided) Why Join 1st Grade Care?
