The Role
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
* Support the preparation and execution of a seasonal menu using homegrown and locally sourced ingredients.
* Maintain a clean and efficient workstation
* Ensuring food safety standards are met.
* Contribute ideas for daily specials and assist in developing new menu items.
* Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen during service.
The Person
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up).
* A genuine passion for honest, seasonal food and sustainability.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
