Adecco Manchester are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Altrincham, Manchester.
Salary: 24,000- 25,000 per annum
Office based - Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm - 1 hour lunch

Core responsibilities
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries
* Managing incoming calls
* Supplying information, pricing and order information
* Answering questions about warranties or terms of sale
* Processing orders/purchase orders from customers via an ERP system
* Liaising with HQ regarding deliveries time
* Preparing a weekly dispatch schedule
* Communicating with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
* Processing warehouse receipts, stock reconciliations, returns
* Maintaining sales logs and follow compile sales reports/statistics
Advantageous experience and skill/sets
* Prior experience order processing and utilising an ERP system
* Working in a customer facing role
* Strong time management
* Ability to work well within a team
