Job Description
Our finance team provides a variety of services for the company starting with daily, weekly & monthly reports, providing invoices for various areas of the business, budgeting & cost controlling. The number of tasks is expanding and to be able to them accurately & timely manner we are currently recruiting for a new Finance Assistant. This is a 100% office-based role at our operations site in Denaby, Doncaster.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of company reports
* Maintaining up-to-date records and transactions
* Creation and processing of invoices in given areas
* Support with maintaining purchase ledger and purchase order book
* Support with maintaining stock control invoicing and costs
* Other finance related ad-hoc tasks
Person Specification
* Attention to detail
* Can-do attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* IT literate including Microsoft Office suite including Excel & Outlook
* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with colleagues and stakeholders
* Transport and logistics knowledge is an advantage
Hours of work are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
