We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and a commitment to providing excellent support to our team and clients.
The ideal candidate would have experience within financial services, with knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, GIAs, and pensions.

Duties
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Liaising with product providers and investment platforms to ensure client records are maintained and updated accordingly.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation using Microsoft Office and Intelligent Office.
* Provide clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
* Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative functions.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Intelligent Office (preferred but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
