Accounts Clerk Location: Wilton We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Clerk to join their finance team within a large-scale industrial operation. This role offers a balanced position across both purchase and sales ledger functions, supporting financial accuracy and cash flow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Processing supplier invoices and managing purchase ledger activities Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes Preparing and supporting payment runs Raising customer invoices and maintaining the sales ledger Monitoring aged debt and supporting credit control Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies Requirements: Previous experience in an accounts payable, receivable, or finance assistant role Strong working knowledge of Sage accounting software desirable Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments desirable High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and communication skills Qualifications: AAT qualified or working towards preferred Benefits: Enhanced employer pension contribution Private medical and dental cover Death in service benefit Cycle to work scheme This is an excellent opportunity to join a business operating within the renewable energy sector, contributing to sustainable production and innovation.
