This role is integral to the smooth operation of the dealership, providing essential support to both the Finance and Sales teams. Reporting directly to the Centre Financial Controller, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers.
Accuracy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity are essential, particularly given the responsibility involved in supporting the sale of high‑value Porsche vehicles.
We are currently recruiting this position on a 6 month fixed term contract, with the likely hood of it becoming a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Invoice all new, used, and trade vehicle sales, ensuring all required documentation is complete and auditable
Ensure all vehicles are registered and taxed in line with Porsche Retail Group processes
Liaise with Sales Management to order customer and internal vehicles on the manufacturer system
Maintain the Centre's Daily Operating Control (DOC) to a high standard for accurate forecasting
Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures affecting vehicle margins
Maintain accurate vehicle orders and specifications, ensuring all revised order forms are correctly uploaded
Adhere to PRG policies on customer due diligence and anti‑money‑laundering, escalating red flags appropriately
Support deal file audits in line with Retail Internal Control Systems and FCA requirements
Process customer refunds and deposits for cancelled orders within agreed timeframes
Support preparation of Sales Executive commission calculations
Assist Sales and Used Car teams with purchase paperwork and prompt finance settlements
Process customer deposits and fund transfers via PRG treasury systems (Adyen and TIS) and support stock takes and reconciliations
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, able to use own initiative while following processes
Strong organisational skills with clear, effective communication at all levels
Confident in challenging and supporting positive change in working practices
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in automotive, retail, or financial administration
Awareness of FCA or AML requirements
Experience with dealer management or finance systems
