Hours 0845-1700
Duties include:
Handling customer enquiries by telephone, social media, letter. Logging comments, compliments and complaints.
Responsible for resolving as many customer enquiries as possible about a variety of different Council services such as Council Tax, Housing, Waste, and Environmental Health. Administration tasks.
Must have strong attention to detail
Have good computer skills
Provide good customer skills
