Role Overview
Senior Residential Support Worker position at Compass Community. We are looking for an experienced Residential Worker ready for clear pathways into management.
Key Responsibilities
* Using life skills, create positive relationships with children, safeguard them at all times.
* Engage with a variety of children and young people, some requiring high levels of supervision and support.
* Lead staff supervision, shifts, policies, procedures, risk assessments, rotas, placement plans, and educational support.
* Ensure welfare and care of each child, guide and support all residential workers.
Essential Qualifications
* 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce.
* At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare and working alongside young people.
* Valid manual driving licence.
