Legal Administrative Assistant – Residential Conveyancing

Are you an experienced legal support professional with a passion for property law? A well-established legal practice in South West London is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Residential Conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support throughout the property transaction process.
* Assist with case management from initial instruction through to exchange and completion.
* Open and manage electronic and paper files, including conducting conflict and ID checks.
* Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, and solicitors.
* Maintain accurate records using a case management system.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 18 months’ experience in a Residential Conveyancing department.
* Educated to at least GCSE level, including Maths and English.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
* Experience with case management systems and digital dictation is desirable.
