About the Position
We are recruiting a confident, energetic, and well‑organised Front Office Manager for a luxury hotel in Surrey.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the front office and maintain the highest standards.
* Act as an ambassador for the hotel.
* Act as host and provide the highest level of customer service.
* Maintain strong relationships with all guests.
* Achieve department KPIs.
* Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments.
* Manage the front office rotas.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
* Well presented with flawless communication skills.
* Experience with Opera Cloud.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* A natural team leader.
* Must be able to drive to the hotel.
