Your role as Practice Manager
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the practice from day one, with a strong focus on people, performance, and compliance.
You will:
* Lead, motivate and manage the full practice team
* Manage rotas, staffing levels and day-to-day operations
* Drive KPIs, revenue growth and diary utilisation
* Support clinicians to maximise private treatment uptake
* Oversee compliance, CQC standards and clinical governance
* Implement and improve systems and processes
* Ensure an excellent patient journey and customer experience
* Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture
