Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: We’re looking for a female Support Worker (a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010) to join our warm and welcoming team in Hertfordshire. You’ll be supporting three lovely ladies and one wonderful gentleman in a small, friendly home filled with laughter, personality, and heart. Whether it’s karaoke nights, BBQs in the garden, or dreaming about getting a new pet dog, every day is about living life to the fullest. Each person has their own unique needs and preferences, and you’ll play a key role in helping them make choices, express themselves, and enjoy meaningful experiences. Drivers with a full, clean UK manual licence are preferred, as this helps us get out and about in the community.
