What does the First LineCompliance Assistant at Collinsondo
To provide administrativesupport to the FirstLine Compliance Manager and Commercial AccountManagers in both the MultiLines and Travel Insurance businessfunctions.
KeyResponsibilities of this roleinclude
* Reportinginto the First Line Compliance Manager to assist both the FirstLine Compliance Manager and Commercial Account Managers within theMultiLines and Travel Teams ensuring the line of business fulfilsits regulatory responsibilities in all areas of Compliance and theproduct lifecycle.
* Assist the CommercialAccount Managers with the onboarding and due diligence of potentialand existing partners.
* Coordinate and engagewith SMEs across the Insurance Division to assist in the completionof Risk Assessments and other key documents to support Outsourcingactivities within the line of business.
* Assistthe Commercial Account Managers with the completion of Fair ValueAssessments and ensure they are completed annually and go throughregular Risk reviews as required.
* Collateanalyse and prepare the packs and data for internal committees.This will sometimes include attending relevant committee meetingsas required with the First Line ComplianceManager
* Work closely with the2nd Line Compliance and Risk teams to ensurethe appropriate oversight of our partners and their distributionchain in managing conduct risk & keeping in line withConsumer Duty Requirements
* Supporting andmanaging a Compliance calendar for both MultiLines and Travel (thiswill involve good Excel skills and attention to detail) to ensurewe always meet our regulatory obligations.
* Risk and Compliance Support for the Commercialteams.
Keyskills and experience to be evidenced within your applicationincluded
Thecandidate will have had experience working within a ComplianceFunction preferably within the InsuranceIndustry.
* An understanding of FCArules regulations principles and codes ofpractice
* Strong administrative &organisational skills
