Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, responsible for:
* Planning, preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to meet our high standards
* Managing stock control and waste, ensuring hygiene and health & safety requirements are met
* Collaborating closely with our leadership team on site

* Possess knowledge of health & nutritional guidelines
* Strong written and spoken English, along with computer skills, are essential
