Exciting opportunity for a Bid/Tender Writer to join my well-established and highly successful company in a pivotal role.
Responsibilities include:
* Responsibility for full bid/tender co-ordination
* Designing tender templates
* Sourcing/identifying of bids to tender for
* Research
* Preparation of financial analysis of tenders
* Writing and submission of all tenders for the business
* Detailed research and full financial analysis of the contract
* Liaison with internal departments to ensure financial, logistical and financial viability
* Collate/create legal docs especially contracts
* Manage legislative documents such as companies house returns etc …..
* Monitor registered procurement portals and keep up to date with other portals globally
* Ensure an accurate library of essential information is kept live, updated and easily accessible, issued to the relevant staff at the right times.
* Support in preparing innovative and accurate information and materials.
* Build an in depth understanding of the suite of products – be at ease learning software systems becoming comfortable discussing them.
* Maintain user guides and screen shots with up to date information following software updates.
* Support with Market research from time to time.
* Graphic design flair to create engaging presentation documents and proposals.
* General administration duties supporting the sales and marketing department
The successful applicant will have a successful background in Bid/Tender writing, strong attention to detail and be commercially-minded.
