We’re looking for a Finance Officer – Receivables to join our friendly Finance Team in beautiful Scarborough, just metres from the water. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and great service in everything from invoicing and reconciliations to supporting continuous improvement. What you’ll do Manage invoicing, receipts, reconciliations, and debtor records with accuracy and care. Provide professional and helpful support to clients and internal teams on all receivables matters. Contribute to finance projects and process improvements that make a real difference. Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring Experience in accounts receivable or finance administration, ideally in a community, aged care, or not-for-profit setting. Strong systems skills (Reckon, Health Cloud, or similar) and attention to detail. Very strong Excel skills Proven ability to perform effectively and maintain composure in a dynamic and changing environment.
