An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a well‑established and highly regarded law firm in Horsham. This is a key role within a growing team, offering high‑quality work, strong client exposure, and a supportive, collaborative working environment.
The Role
You will manage a broad and varied caseload, advising a diverse client base that includes owner‑managed businesses, SMEs, and growing companies across a range of sectors. Matters will include:
* Mergers, acquisitions, and business disposals
* Shareholder and partnership agreements
* Company formations, restructures, and corporate governance
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including service, supply, and trading agreements
* Providing strategic, commercially focused advice aligned with clients' business objectives
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
You will work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm while also enjoying autonomy to manage your own matters.
About You
* Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law
* Strong technical expertise across a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial agreements
* Experience managing your own caseload and advising clients directly
* Commercially aware, pragmatic, and solutions‑focused
* A confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach
* An interest in networking and supporting the continued growth of the practice
